Do you love the customer more than anything else?  This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the Umbra Customer Operations Team working to assist Sales and provide exceptional customer service to our accounts.  
What you’ll do …        
·         Resolve customer queries, including account set-up, maintenance, sales, order tracking, product/pricing information, credit adjustments, returned merchandise, stock availability, ship dates and picking up information. 
·         Provide impeccable customer service to Umbra consumers.
·         Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders. 
·         Monitor and perform follow up related to inventory, shipping and invoicing ensuring on time delivery, as well as maintain and update customer web portals as required.
·         Provide accurate and timely information and maintain relationships with Buyers, Sales Representatives (internal and external), Sales Managers, Retail Customers, Consumers, and the general public. 
·         Attend local Tradeshows, as necessary.

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years’ customer service experience in consumer goods. Advanced communication skills (phone, fax, and email correspondence).  Ability to manage multiple priorities and task simultaneously.  Previous experience working in a manufacturing warehouse environment and with online ERP Systems.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, proficient in SAP.
Education: Minimum Secondary School diploma. A recognized College Diploma is strongly preferred.
