What you’ll do …
• Communicate and work closely with Walmart, Walmart/Hayneedle/, Sam’s Club, and’s Replenishment team to maintain appropriate inventory.
• Manage the replenishment system optimizing allocation strategies.
• Develop reports and analyses on sales and replenishment leveraging both internal programs and customers’ reporting systems.
• Understand sales strategy and identify growth opportunities based on analyzed data.
• Perform Umbra merchandise item set ups for customer accounts including stores and online.
• Assist accounts during the product testing process as required for all Walmart and Sam’s Club items.
• Maintain sample requirements, prepare quotes and review compliance manuals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Assist in presentations and other administrative duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring …
• Equivalent of a university/college degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and replenishment, administration or in a similar role. Experience working with Walmart is preferred.
• Proficiency in Retail Link, 1 World Sync and Supplier Center and strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point are required; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Well-developed sales reporting, analytical and retail financial skills with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn with a passion for self-development and growth. 
• Polished presentation skills with proven ability to confidently ask and anticipate questions.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to resolve problems within strict deadlines. 
• Demonstrated administrative and organizational abilities with well-developed time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Indisputable integrity as well as credibility and demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others.
• Strong work ethic with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
• Mature analytical and evidence-based decision-making style.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with an appreciation for design, trends and housewares.
