JOB DESCRIPTION –Store Sales Representative; Toronto, Ontario
Employment: Full-Time/Part-Time
Department: Design Representative
Reports To:  Store Manager  
Start Date:  Immediately

About this role …
The Store Sales Representative will support the Umbra Store as a sales associate, providing exceptional service to our customers.
What you’ll do …
Customer Service: You will positively promote company vision and core values through providing exemplary customer care. You will act as a Brand Ambassador by being positive, friendly, honest, respectful and professional.  You will deliver excellent customer service to positively impact brand loyalty, purchase and repeat visits.
Sales: You will be passionate about the selling process, drive sales and show customers products that fit their needs.  You will assist with achieving targeted sales results.  You will be the authority on Umbra products, sharing the story behind the brand and each design.
Store Operations:  You will participate in receiving and merchandising (this includes lifting heavy boxes).  You will ensure calling customers regarding orders upon arrival and checking the hold room.  You will maintain a neat, organized and on brand environment by cleaning store interior, washrooms, windows and patio.

Integrity & Influence: You are confident and persuasive with unquestionable integrity. You are a strong team player with demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others.
Experience: 1+ years of retail or customer service experience. Proven sales ability in a retail environment (housewares and quality giftware).  An interest or background in fashion or design.  High energy and an outgoing personality.
Education: Post-secondary degree and/or diploma in retail or business management would be an asset.
